I enjoy listening to talk radio, whether it be news, sports, or just general interest. It always makes me laugh when people call in to express themselves. It seems like the only people to ever get through are the folks who didn’t catch the whole segment, and end up making a fool of themselves by offering a misinformed opinion, sometimes on a different topic.

What would an alien spaceship visiting earth think about a society that sends it’s kids out on a big thinly walled tube with no seatbelts driven by whoever they can get willing to do the job after basic training, and then driving right next to it is a well armored vehicle under lock and key with several guards carrying guns so that nothing happens to the money inside?
I think they would assume that it was a society that places a higher value on things than people, a society that cares more about ‘now’ than the future, I think they might be right.

I love the road lines with the pulverized glass that makes the lines on the road highly reflective. I hate driving, especially in the rain or at night when you can hardly see the lines, hurdling down the highway at break neck speeds. Thank-you to the people who made reflector lines.
